- PROJECT INFORMATION: The Karaman-Ulukışla Speed Rail Project links hubs such as the Port of Mersin, the Yenice Logistics Center and the Adana-Antep-Mersin OIZs that are of strategic importance for Türkiye to the rest of Anatolia, allowing, also, for quicker and safer transport. As part of the project, 2 x 135 km railroad lines, tunnels, overpasses, cut and covers, underpasses and culverts ve built and constructed. The electrified and signalized railroad is built to accommodate a speed of 200 km/h, which will significantly reduce the trip duration between Karaman and Ulukışla.
