- ABOUT THE PROJECT: The LLogara tunnel project shall shorten the trip duration from Avlona to Saranda by 40 minutes. The project consists of a main tunnel, emergency exit tunnel and bridges. Furthermore, at the points of entry and egress of the tunnel 1.5 km-long access roads are also included in the project. The tunnel will bring a significant tourism potential to Albania's Saranda Region to exploit, which is considered the most beautiful shoreline of the Adriatic Sea.
